As CEO Monday started the only thing I had on my mind was catching a fish at Pike's Market. I knew the fish, coupled with the ingredients in DJ AlSpin's kitchen would make a wonderful meal. Fresh vegetables, fresh pasta, and fresh fish; no wonder I used to call myself Fresh Wes. After we finished eating the only thing that could be said about the meal was,
