Out is In!

The weather is starting to break and the sun is begging for longer summer nights so we advise you to get some friends and go camping atleast once this year! We recently went to Lenna Lake near Olympic National Forest and enjoyed the quite night and hearing nature sounds that put us to sleep faster than a boring movie. Advice: Get a group of adventurous friends, pack your gear, and have fun! This trail was 3.2 miles into the forest and then we finally made it to base camp exhausted but relieved. A great exercise and way to gather some thoughts that have been boxed in by urban lifestyle and demanding work deadlines.
Things to pack:
Tent
Sleeping bag
Lantern
Good hiking boots(or your feet will be sore)
Breathable clothes(no jeans!)
Mobile stove (we cooked some great meals on a small fuel can)

More tips coming soon and a few camping sites so stay tuned to the BOOKiDO adventure life and let us know if you have any favorites campgrounds or trails!
