Remember when DJ'ing was a lost art? In the mid to late 90's emcees with low budgets and big egos banished their scratching counterparts which included Kool G Rap's DJ Polo, Fresh Prince's DJ Jazzy Jeff etc. Today DJ's stands alone and are now rising to become money makers in their own right thanks to likes of DJ Khalid, Kay Slay, Drama and former Rap City personality and WPGC's own Big Tigga becoming the new DJ for the Washington Wizards. Scratching and mixing has not onlybeen a creative art, but a lucrative one. Check out the Technics 1210 turntables. The technics still remain the standard for DJ's across the world.
